Shipping policy

Like any good kitchen, our pieces need time to be made because we make them, one by one, exclusively for you.
It will take between 2 and 5 working days to send your order home, depending on what you have bought from us.
If your order is urgent, write to us.
We send our orders through GLS courier agency with a standard shipping service. In working days it takes 48 hours to be delivered (In special periods such as sales or Christmas can take up to 72 hours.)
In orders over 50€, you will not be charged shipping costs for the peninsula. Shipping for the rest of Europe, depending on the destination country and agency may vary slightly.
Once the order is on its way, we will send you a tracking number so you don't lose sight of your package :) Please, it is necessary to follow up because the agency only makes 2 delivery attempts before sending it to a parcel shop.
Shipping to Spain
Shipping within the peninsula.
Shipping costs are 6€ for orders not exceeding 50€, on the contrary, if the amount of the purchase is higher, the customer would have free shipping by agency.
Balearic Islands;
Whenever the order does not exceed 50€, the customer must pay the shipping costs by agency that will depend on the weight that corresponds to the following rates (annual rates must be reviewed): 0-1kg 12.75€ and 1.1-2kg 13.75€.
Shipments to the Canary Islands
Shipments to the Canary Islands and Tenerife of our products are sent by GLS agency and the shipping cost depends on the weight and measures. The rates depending on the weight are as follows: 0-1kg 17€, 1.1-2kg 26€ and 2.1-3kg 35€. You must provide us your ID number for customs in the Canary Islands.

Orders for Europe and rest of the world. They are shipped by UPS or GLS, depending on the destination and weight of the package and take between 5 days and 3 weeks to arrive.
